Returns & Exchanges

At LANX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items aren't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items back in their original shoe box and secure them in a protective shipping mailer to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
